BREIF: create motion graphics to accompany one of the bands songs. The minimum length of which being 15 seconds
I have chosen the song Jealous by Eyedress, because I think the song fits well with the vibe of my band and I also liked the beat it had to it

for my 4D video I liked the idea of a stop motion video, as my intention was for thee video to look home made by the band, or just not like loads of more had gone towards filming. And at the sand same would much the albums covers which all look hand made and low budget.
my inspiration came from stop motion videos I came across on TikTok and Pinterest that caught my attention

Even though I had decided on doing a stop motion I gave blender a try and realised its not for me. I used the tutorial for the doughnut, the first steps to get the basic shape of the doughnut I got but after that I struggled.
https://frame-extractor.com/en/extract – site I used to make all my contact sheets

Before filming or planning out my video , I used a video of my dance class to try out my ideas for stop motion to see if it would be possible for me to do

The first story board for the video was boring as kept the same angle throughout but what made the videos id seen interesting was the different angles and close ups and far aways

After filming the video and turning into contact sheets, I used different techniques on each frame to bing it to life. The materials I used were paint pens and collagen coloured version of the frames. Once they were all complete, I scanned them all bacon and went on to photo shop to get each frame by itself and put together on a timeline. I tried finding the least time consuming method to do this efficiently, in the end I had to use the slice tool then put them all into the same photoshop document. To add the music I put the video onto adobe after affects then saved and uploaded to YouTube
