Task: Turn yourself into an inventive ‘designer’ paper toy. The nets containing all instructions, cutting lines and associated typography/graphics should be carefully considered to maximise the available surface area and equally important, Look good!!

These two weeks of old school have taught me skills that will most like become come useful in the future, for example its will come in use being able to mount work correctly for situations like presenting ideas to potential clients, or being able to window mount your own work instead of paying other people when you could easily learn yourself.

Examples of paper dolls from Pinterest:

After looking on Pinterest at paper dolls, I sketched out ideas of how I would want my own doll to look, the after figuring out which shape I wanted make a quick mock up with no measurements to get an idea how it would look.

After creating a mock up, I decided best way to create the net would be to measure out on paper then scan it to illustrator to refine all the lines. I found it easier to take use photoshop to add the colour

FEEDBACK: The net for the doll could be more engaging so people will see it and want to make it, also it needs instructions.
